Company culture is defined as a set of values, expectations, and practices that guide our Team each day, but sometimes it’s difficult to describe or quantify. Company culture is how you do what you do. It’s the sum of our systems and behaviors and values, all of which create an experience for our Team and customers.
At its core, company culture is how things get done and helps team members understand how a company treats them and what they can expect from a day in our workplace. Gray West’s culture strives to be a nurturing and fun environment that is resilient to challenges, provides clarity of purpose, and is committed to excellence. Culture also drives employee engagement and satisfaction.
Our Team event at Bowlero in January was a terrific outing and a perfect example of how Gray WC’s culture drives employee engagement. Thank you to our Employee Engagement Team for their leadership in making the night a huge success. We will achieve our company vision by providing strong support to our Team that allows our Team to grow and in turn bring its value to our vision.
