Theresa joined the Gray West team in 1996 after graduating from Cal State Long Beach. She is part of the leadership team and works closely with them to prioritize business goals, employee retention, and effective organizational structure. Theresa leads a team of HR professionals focusing on the areas of organizational policy, recruitment, compliance, employee relations, performance, and benefits. Additionally, Theresa spearheads the Diversity & Inclusion Program and works with all departments to ensure employee satisfaction.
