One of the greatest sources of pride for Gray West Construction is our internship program. This program has led to many outstanding interns making the transition to full time GWC team members, with a 60% offer rate, and several interns have been able to leverage their skills learned in the GWC internship program to join some our Fortune 500 clients. Its success would not be possible without the leadership of Catherine Parker and Christina Barker, who have led the program and developed interns into valuable, long-term team members, all while also leading GWC’s Project Services department.
Catherine and Christina’s guidance in growing the next generation of professionals is unmatched. Former and current interns rely on them to learn foundational skills, from project coordination to project accounting. Their dedication to mentoring and crafting customized career paths for each intern has been transformative for Gray West Construction as a whole.
